Babya today announced that it has exclusive rights to use “Baby” for its products only.
Baby and and deriatives such as BabyA, Baby A and Babya is important intellectual property of Babya and we must protect it.
This is a response to companies who refuse to stop using “baby” and “babya”.
From today forward, very young children can no longer be referred as a “baby”-they must be reffered to as an infant.
Babya will take action againist companies or individuals using “baby” or “babya” without permission.
Babya’s A.A. Fussy said, “We at Babya can protect important intellectual property by having exclusive use of “baby” and “babya”.”
