iPhone/iPod touch games should have to be classified

February 9, 2009

iPhone/iPod touch games should have to be classified.

Yes, that is right-if MMO’s can be sold here in Australia without a classification (which has been the subjects of various reports recentely), then iPhone/iPod touch games shoyld have to be submitted.

Instead of just having 4+, 12+,etc ratings in the App store, Apple should have developers obtain classifications from the the Classification Board before submitting them to the App store.

OS X on a Netbook-guess that’s Apple legal

January 15, 2009

OS X on a Netbook-guess that’s Apple legal

Well Wired.com apparently posted a article with a video explaining how to hack OS X to run on a netbook-and that resulted in what appears to be a cease and desist order from Apple asking the site to remove the video.

Of course, we do not know what was exactly in the cease and desist order as it is not made available publically.

Though Babya Logic and Cover Flow videos and apps by us have not been subject to a a cease and desist order yet.
